With his complaints numbers 1 through 5 he could be describing the Apple App Store.
yeah it's also just too inconvenient to get to while there's no real compelling reason to dump the default marketplace. It may not be as clean as apple's, but I'm able to find what I'm looking for and that's pretty much the only thing that matters to me.
Sadly with Apple you are not allowed to use any other marketplace.
You can't even distribute your apps .ipa files on your own website.
